Welcome to CryptoZing, a peer-to-peer skill-based challenge platform operated by the same entity behind DollarZing. By accessing or using CryptoZing, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before playing. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1.Eligibility
1.1.You must be at least 18 years old to use CryptoZing.
1.2.Some jurisdictions may require you to be older (e.g., 19 or 21). It is your responsibility to comply with local laws.
1.3.By using CryptoZing, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age requirements of your location.
2.Nature of the Game
2.1.CryptoZing is a peer-to-peer skill-based challenge platform, not a gambling service.
2.2.All challenges are player vs. player. There is no house play or automated opponent.
2.3.Players engage in head-to-head matches where outcomes are determined by skill, not chance.
3.Currency of Play
3.1.All gameplay is denominated in HBAR, the native cryptocurrency of the Hedera Hashgraph network.
3.2.CryptoZing challenges are pegged to a $1 equivalent per play in HBAR.
3.3.For example:
•First challenge = $1.10 equivalent in HBAR.
•Next level = $2.10 equivalent in HBAR.
•Then $4.10, $8.10, $16.10, and so on.
3.4.The additional $0.10 HBAR equivalent per click is a platform fee for CryptoZing’s services.
3.5.This fee is never taken from the community’s gameplay dollar.
4.Smart Contract Disbursements
4.1.All settlements are executed through smart contracts.
4.2.Disbursements are allocated automatically as follows:
•Player-selected charity wallet (hardcoded into the contract).
•$0.10 per click platform fee to CryptoZing.
•Remaining funds returned to the player’s wallet.
4.3.Transactions are processed via HashPack wallet and are publicly verifiable on HashScan.
4.4.Additional charities and wallets may be added in the future.
5.Wallets & Security
5.1.To participate, you must connect a compatible HashPack wallet.
5.2.You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, private keys, and account security.
5.3.CryptoZing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or compromised wallets.
6.Fees & Payments
6.1.The $0.10 per click HBAR equivalent fee is collected on each challenge level.
6.2.All other funds are distributed according to the smart contract settlement (charity, platform fee, remainder to players).
6.3.All transactions are final and non-refundable.
7.Donations & Charities
7.1.Player-selected charities are hardcoded into the smart contract.
7.2.Donations are transparent and publicly traceable on the Hedera network.
7.3.CryptoZing may add or update charity partners in the future but will never remove transparency or proof of disbursement.
8.Skill-Based Challenges
8.1.CryptoZing games are based on skill, not chance.
8.2.By playing, you acknowledge and accept that outcomes may result in the loss of HBAR.
8.3.CryptoZing does not guarantee winnings or outcomes.
9.Compliance & Jurisdiction
9.1.You are responsible for ensuring that your participation complies with local laws.
9.2.CryptoZing makes no representation that its services are legal in your jurisdiction.
9.3.These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., Puerto Rico or Delaware].
10.Limitation of Liability
10.1.CryptoZing is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
10.2.To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptoZing and its operators are not liable for:
•Loss of HBAR due to challenges.
•Wallet security breaches.
•Errors, delays, or failures of the Hedera network, HashPack, or third-party integrations.
10.3.Your sole remedy is to stop using the platform.
11.Modifications
11.1.CryptoZing reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
11.2.Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
11.3.Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
